Booking Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed once the booking deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued by the property management.
Until the deposit is received, availability of the property cannot be guaranteed.

Payment Terms
Payments are typically made via bank transfer.
The standard payment structure is:
• Booking deposit: 30–50% of the rental price to secure the reservation
• Balance payment: due 30–60 days before arrival
Full payment must be completed before check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required prior to arrival.
The deposit is held to cover any potential damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment during the stay.
The deposit will be returned after departure once the property has been inspected and no damages or additional costs have been identified.

Rental Agreement
All bookings are subject to a separate rental agreement which must be signed prior to arrival.
The agreement will specify:
• names of guests
• rental dates
• number of occupants
• house rules

Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in and check-out times will be communicated prior to arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible subject to availability.

Maximum Occupancy
The property may only be occupied by the number of guests confirmed in the booking.
Additional guests must be approved in advance.

Events and Gatherings
Events, celebrations, or gatherings must be approved in advance by the property management.
Unauthorized events or excessive noise may result in termination of the rental agreement.

Guest Responsibility and Damages
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay.
Any damage or loss caused during the rental period may be deducted from the security deposit.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation conditions will be specified at the time of booking.

• Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival — deposit may be partially refundable
• Cancellation within 60 days of arrival — payments are typically non-refundable
If the property can be re-rented for the same period, the owner may offer a partial refund.

Villa Bluemarine is registered as a tourist rental property in accordance with Spanish regulations.

Liability
The owner or property manager cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.
Guests are advised to arrange appropriate travel insurance.
